Black Castle Capital Partners Ltd (Registered No. 10635644) was incorporated on 23 February 2017 by CEO and Founder, Richard Diaz.

Operating across inter-related sectors: Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate.

Our mission is to take mandates from companies looking to fund raise and create niche strategies. We assist those companies through each stage of their fundraising journey, from document preparation, data room setup, managing relationships and setting up targeted introduction meetings. We aid companies to deliver and close their funding round requirements and help them facilitate a smooth fundraising process.

With a proven track record, his expertise extends to fundraising, collaborating with entrepreneurs and businesses. He plays a crucial role in their growth and success, consistently providing instrumental elements vital to their development.

He has successfully helped secure funding for a variety of projects, ranging from £1m to £100m, in the UK through Private Capital and Venture Capital. He is proactive in adapting to changes within business environments, adept at managing expectations and overseeing key projects that bring about critical changes, while consistently achieving cost-saving targets.

Over the past 25 years, he has established a reputation specialising in real estate, and engaging with High-Net-Worth individuals, Family Offices, Angel Investors, and funds. His keen eye for identifying opportunities has led to frequent appointments by external clients for development management consulting and mandates at the highest echelons. Providing strategic know-how and services, he supports a diverse range of clients in achieving their business objectives.
